りんごの会（以下「当会」）は、ウェブサイト ringo-lab.com（以下「本サイト」）および本サイトの管理画面へのログインに使う Google OAuth アプリ「りんごの会」（Google Cloud 上の名称：ringo-lab-hp-admin-page、以下「本アプリ」）で取り扱う個人情報について、以下のとおり定めます。
Privacy Policy (English) — Google User Data
This section applies to the Google OAuth application “りんごの会” (Ringo no Kai; Google Cloud project name: ringo-lab-hp-admin-page), operated by りんごの会, a student apple club, for the website https://ringo-lab.com/. The app uses Google Sign-In only so that the club’s website editors can log in to the website’s WordPress administration dashboard.
Data we access
When you sign in with Google, we access only the following Google user data: your email address (scope: email), your name and profile picture (scope: profile), and your Google account identifier (scope: openid). We do not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, or any other Google user data.
How we use the data
We use this data only to: (1) authenticate you and sign you in to the website’s administration dashboard; (2) create and maintain your editor account on the website (your email address and name are saved as your WordPress user profile); (3) display your name and profile picture in the dashboard; and (4) notify the club’s administrators by email when you request an editor account, and notify you of the result. We do not use Google user data for advertising, marketing, selling, credit or lending decisions, or to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
How we store and protect the data
The data is stored in the website’s WordPress database on a server provided by XSERVER Inc. (Japan). All communication with the website is encrypted with HTTPS (TLS). Access to the database and the administration dashboard is restricted to the club’s administrators, and administrator accounts are protected by login security measures.
How we share the data
We do not sell, rent, transfer, or share Google user data with any third party. Google user data is disclosed only if required by law.
Data retention and deletion
We keep Google user data only while your editor account exists on the website. If your account request is rejected, or when you stop being an editor, your account and all associated Google user data are deleted. You can request deletion at any time by emailing ringo.lab.s2025@gmail.com; we will delete your data promptly. You can also revoke the app’s access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
Limited Use disclosure
The app’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

利用目的
- お問い合わせへの回答、入会に関するご連絡のため
- 編集担当者の本人確認と、本サイト管理画面へのログインのため
- 本サイトの安全な運営（不正アクセスの防止など）のため
上記の目的以外には利用しません。Google アカウントから取得した情報は、ログインと本人確認にのみ使用し、広告やその他の目的には使用しません。
Google ユーザーデータの取り扱い
本サイトでは、当会の編集担当者が管理画面にログインするために「Google でログイン」（Google OAuth アプリ「りんごの会」／ringo-lab-hp-admin-page）を利用しています。このとき Google から受け取るデータ（以下「Google ユーザーデータ」）の取り扱いは次のとおりです。
取得するデータ
- Google アカウントのメールアドレス（スコープ：email）
- Google アカウントの名前とプロフィール画像（スコープ：profile）
- Google アカウントを識別する ID（スコープ：openid）
上記以外の Google ユーザーデータ（Gmail、Google ドライブ、カレンダー、連絡先など）にはアクセスしません。
利用方法
- 本サイトの管理画面へのログインと本人確認
- 編集担当者のアカウントの作成（メールアドレスと名前を、本サイトのユーザー情報として登録します）
- 管理画面での名前とプロフィール画像の表示
- 登録申請があったことを当会の管理者にメールで知らせること、および承認結果をご本人に知らせること
Google ユーザーデータを広告、マーケティング、販売、AI・機械学習モデルの学習などに利用することはありません。
保存と保護
Google ユーザーデータは、本サイトのサーバー（エックスサーバー株式会社が提供するサーバー）上の WordPress のデータベースに保存されます。通信は HTTPS で暗号化され、閲覧できるのは当会の管理者に限られます。
共有
Google ユーザーデータを第三者に販売・譲渡・共有することはありません。ただし、法令に基づき開示が求められた場合を除きます。
保存期間と削除
Google ユーザーデータは、編集担当者として本サイトのアカウントが存在する間だけ保存します。登録申請が却下された場合や、編集担当を退いた場合は、アカウントとともに削除します。ご自身のデータの削除を希望される場合は、下記の連絡先までメールでご連絡ください。速やかに削除します。また、Google アカウントの「サードパーティ製のアプリとサービス」から、本サイトへのアクセス許可をいつでも取り消せます。
Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシーの遵守
本サイトによる Google API から受け取った情報の使用および他のアプリへの転送は、Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシー（限定使用の要件を含む）に従います。
第三者への提供
法令に基づく場合を除き、ご本人の同意なく第三者に個人情報を提供することはありません。
外部サービスの利用
本サイトでは、次の外部サービスを利用しています。各サービスでの情報の取り扱いは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに従います。
- Google フォーム（入会フォームの受付）、Google ログイン、Google マップ（会場地図の表示）：Google プライバシーポリシー

Cookie について
本サイトは、管理画面へのログイン状態を保つために Cookie を使用します。また、埋め込んだ Google マップなどの外部サービスが Cookie を使用する場合があります。Cookie はブラウザの設定で無効にできます。
情報の管理と削除
取得した情報は、当会の担当者のみが閲覧できるよう適切に管理し、不要になったものは削除します。ご自身の情報の確認・訂正・削除を希望される場合は、下記の連絡先までご連絡ください。
